Doylestown is a village in Wayne County in Northeast Ohio. The population was 2,799 at the 2000 census.

Located on the northeastern most corner of Wayne County, Doylestown is centrally located between the region's major metro areas.

  • Route 21 - Runs along the eastern border of Doylestown and connects the town to Akron and Cleveland to the north and Massillon and Canton to the south.
  • Route 585 - Originates along the northern border of the town and connects to Wooster in the southwest.

  • A total solar eclipse on Monday 8 April 2024 starts at 3:14PM local time and lasts two minutes. The chances of a clear sky are 30%. The track of totality is northeast from Mexico and Texas to Illinois, then across Indiana to Ohio and the Canada–New England border.
