This photo of a building in Oman is used on Wikivoyage page http://en.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Khasab to illustrate a destination under Fair Use exemption, per Wikivoyage's Exemption Doctrine Policy for images of buildings. I do not know if Oman has a Freedom of Panorama law or not and we want to err on the side of caution.
