Description The Oak Orchard River in the town of Carlton, Orleans County, New York. This section of the river is upstream of the dam, forming what is known locally as "Lake Alice", in the hamlet of Waterport. The camera is facing roughly east, downstream, from the New York State Route 279 bridge.
