What needs to be added/fixed to make this a good article?

I have removed: " A good rule of thumb is that, after 10PM, do not stray more than one block away towards either direction from Istiklal Street itself." from "Stay safe" because that rule is irrelevant and does not reflect all the peaceful parts of Galata/Beyoğlu that is farer from Istiklal. Actually, you should expect scam relatively close to Istiklal - not far from Istiklal where there are few tourists.

I somewhat clarified the issue by adding a comment about Tarlabaşı. —(WT-en) Vidimian 11:17, 29 October 2009 (EDT)
