There is a town called Matlock in Derbyshire. I've never been there, but I know it bears no relation to this farrago of fantasy and b/s.(WT-en) Jnich99 05:09, 30 July 2008 (EDT)

• To be honest, "minor discrepancies" is stretching it to describe statements and references such as "oldest conurbation in England", "earwax in the atmosphere", "Cherbourg to Maidstone ferry", "Matlock International Airport" and the "M1.5" motorway. Enough... joke's over, we've all had a laugh, so maybe you can either make the changes required to turn this into a proper guide, or it should be deleted at the end of the month. • Keep, this portrays an accurate picture of Matlock although some information on the former site of Europe's largest subterranean brothel would also be nice.
