Twisp
Twisp is a city in the North Cascades region of Washington State.

It is highly advised to use a car to get to Twisp as one is largely required for getting around. To get in via car from Seattle one takes I-5 N to Washington 530 connection to Washington 20. There is bus services from Okanogan, Winthrop, and Pateros provided by Okanogan Transit.
