This is one of the best museums in the country, with something for everyone (especially kids). Entry is free (except for a few special exhibitions) and the museum is open all week. There are thousands of exhibits to explain how the world around us works. Some of the highlights include:

  • The Wellcome Wing - you can see how you will look in 20 years time, explore genetics, and what life may be like in the future.
  • Space - see the moon landings, a space craft, and asteroids
  • Motionride Simulator - an amazing 20-minute simulator (currently a Harrier jump jet).
