Wikivoyage uses a few different conventions than Wikipedia, including article naming - rather than "Fullerton, California", disambiguation is done via "Fullerton (California)". However, looking through w:Fullerton it appears that most of the other Fullertons are very small places (generally less than 1,000 people) and thus might not merit Wikivoyage articles (see WV:What is an article?), so for now I've moved the article back to just "Fullerton". If someone decides to create an article for one of the tiny towns then we can turn Fullerton into a disambiguation page that links to both articles.
