Bà Rịa is the capital of the province of Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu, in the Southern Vietnam. As of 2011, the town had about 122,000 inhabitants.

• 20 km to the petroleum city of Vũng Tàu.

Bà Rịa is an important transport hub of the province, on Route 51, Road 52 and Road 56.

Bà Rịa is about 48 km southeast of the planned Long Thanh International Airport on National Route 51 (Vietnam), which is expected to open in 2025.

It is connected to Xuân Lộc by road.
