Germany's main hub, Frankfurt airport (FRA ^IATA) is less than 100 km away as the crow flies and there are direct regional trains from Frankfurt main station or ICEs to Aschaffenburg from where you can change onto a regional train.

Regional trains are operated under the VVM tariff union, meaning you won't get a price quote for some connections at the bahn.de website but will at the vvm website.
