Most people come here to hike the Nera Gorge (Cheile Nerei). The trail, between Șopotu Nou and Sasca Română, spans 22.7km and and needs around 9 hours.

  • 1 Trout farm (Păstrăvărie) (On the trail from Văioaga Waterfall to Ochiul Beului Lake). You can buy fresh trout here. Pay 18 lei per kilo, and tip another few lei to have the insides removed.
