Cove Fort is at the junction of Interstates 15 and 70.

  • 1 Cove Fort Historic Site, Hwy 161 (between I-70 exit 1 and I-15 exit 135). Built in 1867 at the request of Brigham Young, the fort largely acted as a way station for people traveling the Mormon Corridor in the late 19th century.
