Farmington is located just east of Victor and several miles north of Canandaigua. It's centered on the intersection of State Routes 96 (connecting to Victor) and 332 (connecting to Canandaigua). 332 also connects to the New York State Thruway which runs east-west north of Route 96.
Truthfully, there's not a whole lot to do in Farmington; residents head to Canandaigua or even Rochester for most activities. But Farmington does have one unique attraction... live thoroughbred racing!
