I left very early in the morning as I wanted to be at Prince Edward Island around sunrise. My objective was to get pictures of all the lighthouses on the island - the journey begins. Hope you like lighthouses as I believe I managed to get 49 of them out of 50, one was on the backside of a island so unavailable. This was a four day journey but worth while for me.

The Confederation Bridge crosses the Northumberland Strait from New Brunswick to Prince Edward Island. Before its official naming, Prince Edward Islanders often referred to the bridge as the "Fixed Link". Construction took place from October 1993 to May 1997 and cost $1.3 billion Canadian. The 12.9-kilometre (8 mi) bridge opened on May 31, 1997.
