DescriptionJeera Puri sabji.jpg
English: This is a special dish from bihari brought to my family by my great grandmother ,we at home eat it every sunday for breakfast specially because it is Tasty and it is a change for our taste buds from the daily similar diet conscious breakfast ,like any other PURI (fried indian bread) its is delicious certainly not a very healthy choice but since its eaten only once a week it provides intake of essential oil s like ghee in abundant for our body and a lot of carbohydrates because of the dry potato curry knows as SABJI ,it a delight in its own way ,Its a very indian dish so its certainly spicy ,the taste can be altered by minimising the usage of MASALA, Puris 's are served all over north india with sweet dish even and in Bengal it is known as LUCHI, We can make diffrent kind of Pooris like masala poori ,Potato puri , Puris are actual part of festive food .
