English: From West Main Street and South 10th Street looking west -- Gem Block (1902), Noble building (1902), Averyl building (1910), and Alaska building (1906). The Averyl building, designed by Wayland & Fennel is also known as the Tiner building or the Hotel Manatou, indicated by a ghost sign.
