Summary
| Description |
English: 'Town Hall', Fethard, Co. Tipperary. This large building was erected c.1600 as an almshouse for six indigent men. Their accommodation was on the first floor, which was reached by external staircases from the rear of the building (facing the churchyard). It was later used as a town hall (and market house) from some time after 1763. |
