Trains run directly from Prague taking 2 hr and Brno taking 1¾ hr

There are no direct buses from Prague, but you can go there with one transfer, from Florenc station (yellow metro B/red metro C) to Jihlava (2¾ hr) or from Roztyly (metro C) to Humpolec (2¼ to 2½ hr).
