Kemptville is an inland village in Yarmouth and Acadian Shores region of Nova Scotia along the Tusket River and consists of Kemptville (Yarmouth Municipality), North Kemptville (Yarmouth Municipality), and East Kemptville (Argyle Municipality).

  • Highway 203 - South Shore and Hwy. 103 Inland

  • Tobeatic Wilderness Reserve. A huge, pristine wilderness area can be accessed from East Kemptville, Argyle Municipality, Yarmouth County.





  • Trout Point Lodge, 189 Trout Point Rd. (Off East Branch Rd, East Kemptville), +1 902 482-8360. Restaurant (+1 902 761-2142) with single dinner seating at 7:30PM, reservations required. Wilderness lodge on two rivers offers outdoor recreation, guided fishing & kayaking, cooking classes, and wine tastings.
