Mountain Province is a province in the Cordillera Administrative Region in northern Luzon in the Philippines. The province is horizontally located in the middle of the region placing it at the crossroads going to the provinces of Benguet, Abra, Ifugao, and Kalinga. It western most town of Paracelis, is the gateway going to the Cagayan Valley region.
