History[edit]
After existing as little more than a dot on the map for over a hundred years, in 1967 Spring Hill was founded by the Deltona Corporation and Mackle Brothers as a planned community similar to that of Deltona to the east.
Get in[edit]
By car[edit]
The Suncoast Parkway, completed in 2001, makes the community easily accessible from the larger metro areas of Tampa and St. Petersburg.
