Banner[edit]
Not really a fan of either banner, but that's because Civic doesn't have anything interesting or unique apart from skyscrapers (which aren't unique nor impressive tbh). --SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta.wikimedia) 11:18, 30 April 2022 (UTC)

- Actually, the only reason that I could think of not using 1 was that lake. Civic only covers that small hexagonal shaped portion of the District of Central Canberra, and Lake Burley Griffin (the lake depicted), is sort of a borderline case of whether it's in North Canberra or South Canberra. But overall, I do like the greenery (and that's why Canberra is colloquially called the bush capital), and it's much more interesting and superior to boring tall buildings. Rename to Canberra/Civic?[edit]
While the official name of this district is just called "city", I think "Civic" is slightly more common than city and per our policy to use the most common name in English, I think Civic is a better name for the district. --SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta.wikimedia) 12:25, 27 May 2022 (UTC)

- What is "a bit more expensive and cheaper"? The parenthesis is totally incomprehensible for me: if the chains left, why would you worry? What is a store with a tendency for slack?
