Moving Addison County
Addison County isn't really part of central VT. Its separated from the other counties listed under central vt by a mountain range and doesn't share any major connections with them. I'm not sure if it should go in Northwest VT or Southern VT either. Maybe Northwest VT should be renamed Champlain Valley (this is what everyone calls it anyway) and Addison county gets lumped in there. ~godsendlemiwinks

IMHO, the 9 cities for central VT should be:
Barre Middlebury (as long as Addison county is in central vt), Montpelier, Morrisville (or Johnson,) Northfield, Randolph, Stowe, Vergennes (as long as Addison county is in central vt), Waterbury,
