Generally individual beaches are too small to have articles about them. However, on Thai islands, a "beach" is a cluster of hotels, restaurants, bars, etc. It's close to the size of a village.
Does this beach meet our criteria for Project:What is an article?? If so, is "Haad" and not "Hat" the right spelling? --(WT-en) Evan 12:26, 18 July 2006 (EDT)
