Closed hotels

Adding the following listings here of closed hotels. One has been reported as demolished but no easy way to confirm. The other has closed and is up for sale as confirmed by the website, but since it may reopen as a hotel, keeping listing here so it can be reused. (WT-en) Nrms 08:15, 28 February 2010 (EST)
