Over-regionified?[edit]
We have only 6 city articles in this whole region, yet it is divided into 4 subregions, 3 of which are essentially empty articles. Most other regions of France have not been divided to such a degree, and I think it's been overdone here. Is there a convincing reason why we shouldn't merge a few things here, redirect those département articles here, and put the 6 city articles directly under this in the hierarchy?
