Comments[edit]

This page is not displaying the breadcrumb up to illinois, though it has an IsPartOf template. Other pages such as city Alton (Illinois) breadcrumb points back to Saint Louis Metro East but then does not go up to next level Illinois. (WT-en) Bill in STL 13:35, 23 July 2010 (EDT)

It should be OK now. There are a number of reasons why the breadcrumb can break, but the most common is generally due to caching issues. To clear the cache for an article you can click on the "History" tab and then in the resulting URL, change "action=history" to "action=purge". The resulting page should result in the cache being cleared. -- (WT-en) Ryan • (talk) • 13:51, 23 July 2010 (EDT)

Article name[edit]

Is it correct to spell out the word "saint" in full here? The city itself is always spelled in the abbreviated form. Eco84 (talk) 18:47, 18 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I did a quick Google search for "Saint Louis Metro -wikipedia", and most of the results just use "St.". It's been years, and there are no objections, so I'll go ahead and move the guide. Emmette Hernandez Coleman (talk) 10:20, 5 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
If you rename a region please change the IsPartOf parameter of the city articles in the region. Thanks --Traveler100 (talk) 19:16, 13 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
