  • Northern Pacific Railway Museum, 10 South Asotin Ave, +1-509 865-1911, . May-Oct: 10-16h Wed-Sat, 12-16h Sun, closed Mon-Tu; Nov-Apr: closed. Set in The old 1911 Northern Pacific Railway depot, with real locomotives and tracks, this museum recreates the ambience of the 1930s railroads. $3 ($2 children).
  • Yakama Nation Cultural Heritage Center and Museum, 15 S Elm St (Highway 97 and Buster Road), +1 509 865-2800. 8AM-5PM, closed for national holidays. Established in 1980, the Yakama Nation Cultural Center (YN CC) is a unique, multifaceted facility offering a variety of programs that share Yakama Nation's history and culture with all. It offers the Yakama Nation Museum, Heritage Inn Restaurant, Winter Lodge, Heritage Theater, Yakama Nation Library, and CC gift shop. The Cultural Center is open to the general public seven days a week and is a wonderful cultural experience. The museum has the history and art of the "Yakamas", or the Plateau People. cultural center: free; museum: $6/adult, $4/concession.
