Hello, PhnomPencil! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Project:Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub.

You've made a huge list of districts, but I deleted all of them as they do not follow Wikivoyage policy in multiple ways. Please read "What is an article?" and "Manual of Style" before establishing articles on Wikivoyage. If an article is necessary, please use the article templates so the articles have a similar layout as other articles on Wikivoyage. Thanks. --(WT-en) globe-trotter 12:01, 20 September 2011 (EDT)

Three additional points:
  1. If text is copied verbatim from Wikipedia then it needs to be attributed in accordance with their licensing. To do so please use Template:Wikipedia - instructions for use are outlined on the template page.
  2. As Globe-trotter indicated, copying text verbatim isn't particularly helpful. Please ensure that a proper article template is used, wikilinks are only used for suitable topics, and that the article name follows Wikivoyage's naming conventions.
  3. It might be helpful if you discussed the regional structure you are trying to create on Talk:India or in some other appropriate place prior to creating it. Have a look at Project:Geographical hierarchy for some guidance.
If you have questions feel free to ask them on this talk page or in the Pub. -- (WT-en) Ryan • (talk) • 12:15, 20 September 2011 (EDT)
