Also, what kind of organization is Tumanyan Land Tourism Office? Is it a governmental office or some private organization? I'm afraid I'm going to revert the listing again because it is not in keeping with Wikivoyage's don't tout policies, which among other things don't allow first-person language. But also, please look at tour and external links. If this is an official Armenian government office, it may be listed; otherwise, it may not be, because all the types of information you mention should be listed here, not at another site that readers are being encouraged to leave Wikivoyage in order to visit.
