Welcome to Wikivoyage. I assume you are working for a hotel holding company. I have two requests: first, please check out Project:Accommodation listings for how to properly format a hotel entry. In particular, the entries will be more useful to your customers if they include phone numbers -- wikivoyage is not just an online guide, and some people will be using Wikivoyage without access to the Internet.

Second, you switched a Sacramento Holiday Inn over to your own website. Normally that would be fine but I tried the website and not only are the images not displaying, but the reservations link did not work either. I think you ought to make your websites work first before switching us over to them so that you don't make a poor impression on your customers.

Lastly, please consider making a user account. There are a number of advantages to you of doing this (it makes communication with you easier, for example), and you can provide as little or much information about yourself as you choose.

Please read the Don't tout guidelines. The following will also be of interest:-

  • Project:Copyleft - never copy and paste work from other websites - this includes hotel descriptions from the website of the hotel, hotel review websites, travel forums, etc - Wikivoyage cannot accept any of this content.
  • Project:Tone - NEVER use promotional waffle such as Just a short stroll from Oklahoma City’s vibrant Bricktown entertainment district; the Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown offers unrivaled access to great dining; shopping and nightlife. - this is completely useless and is exactly what Wikivoyage DOES NOT WANT. Leave the description completely blank unless you've actually stayed there and have some useful information to contribute.

Thanks. ~ 203.144.143.4 02:28, 17 January 2008 (EST)

I just reverted another of your edits [1]. Please don't tout, please don't put listings in obviously the appropriate articles, please don't repeat the hotel name, please don't include the name of the article in the address. Always put the entire listing on one line, and please use the "sleep" tag. Thanks. ~ 203.144.143.4 02:11, 18 January 2008 (EST)

Please also read the What not to link to guidelines - thanks. ~ 203.144.143.4 02:35, 17 January 2008 (EST)
