Hello and welcome to Wikivoyage! I'm sorry your content on Elbow Cay had to be deleted from the Abacos article, but it really isn't appropriate there. To enlarge on what I wrote in my brief editing summary:
Appropriate tone on Wikivoyage is purely descriptive, not promotional. (Incidentally, your listing in the Narragansett guide is also questionable in tone and likely to be edited.)
My suggestion to you is: Start a new article on Elbow Cay. Use a standard format for your template and listings. Here is the index of templates: Project:Article_templates. There is no island template as such; perhaps the park article template is closest.
Once you've put up the beginnings of an Elbow Cay article, you may link to it in a non-promotional way in "Get out" in the Abacos article, but that's all. No business can be listed more than once, site-wide.
