I have removed Lagos from the list of cities in the Africa article. These list are usually limited to 7 plus or minus 2 (max 9) cities - otherwise the list of cities would grow very long. I know that Lagos is the biggest city, but it doesn't attractions many visitors, so it isn't as useful in a travel guide as other cities that do. Welcome again.
