Hello, welcome to Wikivoyage, and please read welcome, business owners and don't tout. Some of your edits to Nogales (Sonora) were helpful, but I reverted them all because it would be quite time-consuming to restore the standard subheadings you customized and remove the promotional text you added. "Understand" is part of the Wikivoyage:Small city article template; "A Great Destination For Dental Tourism and A Short Break" is not, and is best explained with factual information in text. And to see how to post a hotel listing that will not be reverted, look at the "Good" and "Bad" examples at Wikivoyage:Don't tout and emulate the "Good" example. Note, too, that you may list your hotel once, and you don't get a second listing for your bar, which should be mentioned in your "Sleep" listing. I also am now noticing that you overwrote a competitor's listing without explanation. If that hotel is still operating, that's just about an unforgivable act of predatory business practice on your part. Don't do it again! Ikan Kekek (talk) 09:11, 8 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Hi again. I deduce from your further edits that you are operating in good faith and solely with the aim of helping people, which is great! Thanks for all the content you've added. I hope my followup edits won't disturb you. There are certain standard formatting things on this Wiki, such as the subheadings I referred to above and listing templates, but I do not mean to try to dictate content, especially since you know Nogales and I do not. It's just a good policy to indicate the reasons for non-obvious deletions by typing an edit summary or posting to the talk page (in this case, Talk:Nogales (Sonora).
All the best,
