How you can list your company[edit]

The way forward for you is as follows: You can post a single, complete listing for your company in "Get in" in each city where you actually have a physical office, providing you don't tout your prices as "best", "affordable", or anything like that but are merely informative and do not link yourself anywhere else in the article. I saw someone do this many times and wasnt blocked. Teach me how to do links to my website. My offer is much better then others and you didnt remove them —The preceding comment was added by Radoslav78travel (talkcontribs)

First, I haven't blocked you; I just informed you on what basis you could be blocked. Second, none of this is based on how good your offer is: I think the others didn't link themselves 3 or more times in a given article.
You need to list a local street address for your office in each city where you operate. If you have no local street address, I doubt it's OK for you to list in that town. I won't delete listings now on that basis alone, but I will wait for you to insert the relevant information. Thanks. Ikan Kekek (talk) 04:48, 12 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Ikan thanks I didnt know how it works even I read. I saw many articles of rentacar companies who offer transfer services , they dont have license as Montenegro is small market and I know them all. Point of view that I do legal business and want to share more info about my job and business. If you think that is not possible please answer and I will delete each post. About street address as i know also nobody have several office. I have two in Podgorica and Tivat but we operate in all over Montenegro because is small arrea 1HOUR MAX and have permission for pick up client to every city in Montenegro. We always do advance booking. My name is Radoslav Bozovic and i want to send you my taxi licence copy but dont know how. I dont see your email. Best regards —The preceding comment was added by Radoslav78travel (talkcontribs)

Please sign posts on talk pages like this one - put 4 tildes (the ~ key) at the end of each post. You needn't send a copy of your license; that's no issue. I find your argument convincing. I actually liked the amount of information you were posting about rates; that wasn't the issue. As long as you give only one link (in your listing) per article and don't try to do a sell job but are merely descriptive, you're fine.
In terms of all the other transfer services lacking a license: What is the effect on travellers? (I ask because I don't know.) Does that make them something like Uber? Ikan Kekek (talk) 05:24, 12 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

We dont have UBER here. Small profit for them and no effect. About other as I say rentacar company who provide transfer services get in trouble when traffic control stops and ask for papers and license. People also have right to know because in small country like my recource is limited and people trying to make money on one way or another. Legal or No! Travellers who use illegal transport can pay penalties even they didnt know. At the moment is still warning and usually they dont pay transfer at the end of trip, but since last year many controls to stops illegal activities of company who knows ALL and want to do ALL FOR MONEY. Please explain where to put ~ With kind regards —The preceding comment was added by Radoslav78travel (talkcontribs)

OK, given that explanation, if you run the only licensed transfer service in the country, I think you should be able to post that in your description, delete listings for all unlicensed transfer companies (except valid rental car agencies that are violating regulations on the side), and put a note in the Montenegro guide warning travellers who are considering using unlicensed companies that there is increasing enforcement of licensing regulations and that while they are likely to get off with a warning at present if they are stopped by the police, they might want to think twice about risking possible greater punishment. I'm thinking that since you operate throughout Montenegro, the appropriate thing is for you to have full listings in the two cities where you have your own office and also in the Get around/By taxi subsection of Montenegro. I'm not sure whether it makes sense for you to list your company in articles about every other place in Montenegro or whether it would be better to link to Montenegro#Get around or "Get in". I'll give you latitude to do it in a way that makes sense to you, now that you've engaged in a dialogue and clearly convinced me that you are a good-faith guy. Hi again I just want to apologies if i write wrong. Im not only one licensed company in Montenegro. Here is few also. Ii see my chance here to make short post here about our services and will be may pleasure in my free time to add more useful articles about beaches restaurant shops monuments...in other places about my country. Im not police to doing this or warning Im just feel bad because i pay tax in my country and see that this is not legal competition. —The preceding comment was added by Radoslav78travel (talkcontribs)

Welcome, business owners has some suggestions of how you can help. Also, have a look at Wikivoyage:Listings if you haven't already. Anyway, yes, do what you can. And again, please sign posts on talk pages like this one with 4 tildes in a row (Ikan Kekek (talk) 06:33, 12 May 2015 (UTC)) at the end. :-) Ikan Kekek (talk) 06:33, 12 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
