You touted in the Herzliya guide. Since this isn't the first time you've touted, you've been blocked for an initial period of 3 days. If you read the links you've been given and would like to pledge to do your best to stay within them, the block could be ended early; however, if you continue to ignore them, you'll be blocked for increasingly longer periods and could see your URLs blacklisted.
