Wakatobi
Wakatobi is a small archipelago in South East Sulawesi, Indonesia.

Wakatobi is well known among divers as one of the world's best dive sites. The name is an acronym of the four component islands: Wangiwangi, Kaledupa, Tomea, and Binongko.
Get in
The fastest way is used airlines from Makassar, South Sulawesi or from Kendari, South East Sulawesi to Wangiwangi Island and then 2 hours by boat to Kaledupa Island. Using boat from Kendari to Bau-Bau and then to Wakatobi Islands need 12 hours.
Get around
Most divers arrive in Wakatobi via the Wakatobi Resort's scheduled chartered flights from Bali. There is also a public boat from Bau-Bau on Buton Island which goes overnight to Wanci.
