Getting in from points northeast like Perryville and Philadelphia on the Millard E. Tydings Memorial Bridge on Interstate 95 or the Thomas J. Hatem Memorial Bridge on U.S. Route 40 requires no toll. Bicyclists aged at least 18 or with valid drivers license may also cross the westbound Thomas J. Hatem Memorial Bridge only within some strict conditions on weekends and local holidays. [1]
