Jagatsinghpur is a coastal district of Indian state Odisha. It was formed on 01/04/1993. Before that, it was part of erstwhile Cuttack district. This district is surrounded by Bay of Bengal in the East, Cuttack district in the West, Kendrapada district in the North and Puri district in the South. Paradip port is also in this district.

Jagatsinghpur is around 40 km from Cuttack, and around 65 km from Bhubaneswar by road.

  • 2 Gorakhnath Temple. Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.
  • Jagannath Temple Paradip. Temple dedicated to Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra and Shubhadra .
  • 3 Paradip port. Artificial port at the confluence of Mahanadi River and Bay of Bengal.
