Identitate[modificare]
Numele meu real este Ionel Bănescu, născut în anul 1948 în Banița, județul Buzău. BAICAN XXX este doar pseudonimul la Wikipedia, el fiind o combinație ce rezultă din majusculele BAnescu Ionel, răiCAN și XXX. Răican este numele de familie al bunicului din partea mamei. Am trăit, studiat și lucrat multă vreme în județele Buzău și Prahova, respectiv în localitățile Banița, Vernești, Păltineni, Nehoiu, Găvănești, Câmpina, Valea Călugărească, Ploiești. La București am urmat cursurile școlii serale de maiștri "Electronica" și doar primul an al Facultății de Electronică la Politehnică. Am lucrat multă vreme la IIRUC (Service Calculatoare) București, Filiala Ploiești unde, între altele am condus și un laborator de electronică.
La Wikipedia am contribuit sub pseudonimele BAICAN XXX, WernescU, Trepier, LaPietre, Bon.line etc.BAICAN XXX (discuție) 31 martie 2015 18:38 (UTC)

Cross-project vandal, mostly Romanian-centric, who poses as a legitimate user but effectively defaces the content by using invented words and concepts. I've seen this request and it must be mentioned for the record that the indefinite block on Romanian Wikipedia has been obtained by very questionable arguments by some users who had had differences of opinions for instance re titles of some articles with BAICAN and used very questionable tactics to get this user blocked. The questionable procedures consisted in hunting every edits of this user to find supposed minor mistakes and accumulation of black box warnings as reasons for blocking. There is a Romanian idiomatic expression hardly translatable in English for this tactic, mentioned here without Romanian diacritics a cauta nod in papura whose literal English translation is searching knots in reedmace. The meaning of the expression is hunting for/of mistakes.--5.15.1.32 10:30, 21 October 2015 (UTC)
- Fair enough, you're entitled to your opinion. But if needed, I can invite the community on ro.wiki to comment on this request, and we'll all be able to tell if there is a genuine consensus, or indeed this is a result of some rogue users trying to ban this guy for no reason.
