Cap Skirring is a resort town in the Casamance region of Senegal known for its phenomenal beach.
Understand
[edit]Cap Skirring and its twin town Kabrousse are calmer and less touristy (although only slightly) than the resorts of the Petite Côte, yet they boast what is arguably the best beach in Senegal. It's not so calm as to be dull, however. There is a Club Med mind you. There are also plenty of more boutique-style hotels, plus a lively nightlife scene to boot.
Get in
[edit]- 1 Cap Skirring International Airport (CSK IATA). This tiny airport has flights from Dakar on Air Senegal and Transair.
You can get a sept place (shared taxi) from Ziguinchor for about CFA2200.
