Sisimiut [dead link] (Danish: Holsteinsborg) is a town in Western Greenland. It is the second-largest city of Greenland after Nuuk.

A town has 1 Sisimiut Airport Sisimiut Airport on Wikipedia, a small airport to where Air Greenland operates flights from Kangerlussuaq and Nuuk daily, several times a week also from Ilulissat, Maniitsoq and Aasiaat.

There is a very simple road for 4x4 vehicles from Kangerlussuaq to Sisimiut.

Since the distances are very small, everything is walkable. However, a bus runs a loop through the town every 20 minutes. The airport is reachable by taxi.
