(WT-en) Texugo... the "Learn" section isn't relevant to travelers? I would actually agree with you except there's lots of precedent for it in print guide books and on Wikivoyage. Pick any big city in the U.S., they all have a Learn section. --(WT-en) BigPeteB 11:01, 20 April 2011 (EDT)

It's fine to have a Learn section if the listings offer something for the traveller. A four-year college where you must demonstrate a financial need and preferably be from Appalachia clearly doesn't qualify for something that a traveller might do during his vacation.
