County overhaul

This county has an unhelpful regional subdivision: places were duplicated or omitted, and with relatively few “cities” it's unnecessary. The hollow subpages for East Galway and Connemara should therefore redirect back to County Galway. Aran Islands as a group page makes sense and remains.

Castlegar is Galway city racetrack, and that’s all. It should merge into Galway city.

Spiddal was expanded to cover the north coast of Galway Bay, while Carraroe was expanded to include not only that peninsula, but the nearby chain of islands linked by causeway to Lettermullan.

Cong in County Mayo was expanded to include adjacent Clonbur, which should merge.

New pages were created for Inishbofin Island and Athenry.
