Delta Amacuro is an state, Guayana is part of Bolivar State, thats why I put this region, if you think is not correct please let me know

I have left a lot of messages on your talk page which are relevant to that point. Have you not seen those? I repeat again that you should look at and understand the existing regional structure we have for Venezuela#Regions. There you will see that Guayana is a top level region of the country. If you propose splitting that region further into states (eg Delta Amacuro, then that should really be discussed first on the Venezuela talk page.
