AAAA rating[edit]

From the Lei Feng Memorial Hall listing:

"This site is a Chinese AAAA rated tourist attraction."

Who makes these ratings? A Chinese government bureau? Which one? I think it would be worth mentioning that in a phrase. Ikan Kekek (talk) 22:02, 6 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
