Removed a sentence[edit]
I just removed this from the article:
"It has a bad rap as being an armpit, although it is possible that is just to keep people (namely the bureau) away."
Which "bureau", and does this affect someone traveling there, and how? Someone who can explain is welcome to add the sentence back to the article (together with that explanation, of course). ϒpsilon (talk) 06:11, 5 May 2016 (UTC)
