Page mergers[edit]
Bellapais is only a few km from town and that page is a single POI. I propose merging it into Kyrenia.
Similarly St Hilarion is only 10 km out and better belongs here. That would leave Kyrenia district page empty - indeed I'm going to propose on the Northern Cyprus page that the district intermediate level is unnecessary for such a small entity as TRNC.
The banner could also be better - this is the view from the castle, whereas the iconic view of Kyrenia is of the castle. The panorama pic lower down the page looks better. Grahamsands (talk) 20:51, 2 May 2023 (UTC)
- I think that image doesn't lend itself well to the 7:1 crop ratio required per wv:Banners; see the thumbnail for one of the possible crops. To be frank, I've also found that image a bit colourless and dull. Perhaps picking an image with more of the sea and/or the harbour could rectify that. Vidimian (talk) 02:12, 3 May 2023 (UTC)
