Hunting & fishing?[edit]

I know parts of Northern Canada get a lot of hunting & fishing tourism, often people arriving by float plane to remote lakes. Also that shooting polar bears around Churchill is forbidden & many parks restrict hunting. But are there possibilities in this region worth mentioning?
