Expand? Merge?[edit]
Our Shanghai article, despite being quite long, detailed and well-written, cannot be rated Guide until all districts are at least Usable. This article is currently at Outline. Can we get it up to Usable?
Alternately, the water town within the district, Shanghai/Zhujiajiao, has an article that is already Usable, in my opinion near Guide. Should we merge the two? An example of how this might work is Shanghai/Minhang which recently had its water town Shanghai/Qibao merged in. Pashley (talk) 00:10, 28 June 2015 (UTC)
